Bob was a non-commissioned officer with a Top Secret-Cryptological Clearance in a U. S. Army Intelligence agency and is a Vietnam Veteran. He has over 20 years of law enforcement experience at both the city and county levels. Subsequent to that, he was a successful businessman who earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington. Bob is also certified by the AntiTerrrorism Accreditation Board (ATAB) as an Antiterrorist Specialist (CAS) and sits on the Terrorism Studies and Standards committee thereof.
