Donald has over 16 years military and physical security experience as an Airborne Infantryman and Small Arms Weapons Tech. He has conducted numerous physical security inspections for Military Arms facilities across the globe, to include the 82nd Airborne Division, 2nd Infantry Division in Korea, and 3rd Support Command in Germany. Donald also has conducted military operations in the Persian Gulf War, Egypt, South Korea, and the current Global War On Terror to include Operation "Iraqi Freedom". He has held many positions such as Small Arms Repairman, Anti-Armor Specialist, Airborne Infantry Team Leader and Squad Leader, Personnel Recovery and Combat Search and Rescue Team Leader. He holds numerous industry certifications that include CHS-IV, CMAS, CPOI, CPO, EMT(B), CHRPS, and Sartech III. Donald is also Bail Enforcement certified from the American Institute of Bail and Recovery in Denver, CO, a member of the ASIS Private Security Services Council, and Chairman of the Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board's Military Committee. He is also a member of ASIS, IFPO, ATAB, IALEFI, ACFEI, and the IACSP.
